ABOUT ME
​​Working with me is a blend of listening, challenging & providing expert advice. We’ll figure it out together, you as the expert in your life & me as the expert in health and well-being. I could come up with a hundred ideas to improve your health, but that rarely works. What does work, is partnering together to develop a plan you can feel confident about!
My coaching is most influenced by The Three Principles (3P), Intuitive Eating, Mindfulness, Tiny/Atomic Habits, Health At Every Size (HAES) movement, and many years of working with clients of all ages in both a clinical nutrition setting and in a broader sense as a health and wellness provider. Clients describe my coaching style as approachable, empathetic, light-hearted, practical, and motivating. With 20+ years of experience working as a Certified Health Wellness & Lifestyle Coach, Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist & Certified Diabetes Specialist, I am passionate about helping clients find their own version of health, wellness, and purpose in life.

On A More Personal Note

​When I'm not coaching I'm chasing the sun with my husband and fur-baby, enjoying the outdoors kayaking, biking, paddle boarding, and camping.

What I'm most grateful for in life is my connection to nature, the love and loyalty of my dog and spouse, and the feeling of the wind in my face on a bicycle!

My proudest accomplishments was taking the leap to leave a status quo job, house, and life behind to have a four-year South American adventure of a lifetime!​
